James Ousby

Co-Founder

James has over 25 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies with the last 7 years spent working as a Principal Solutions Architect with Amazon Web Services.

He grew up on 5th generation family farming operation at Cowra, NSW and loves all things AgriTech. James built a LoRaWAN sensor network for the family farm, bought a drone to help track farm management practice changes... and here we are.

Ben Friebe

Co-Founder

Ben has over 15 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies. He is currently a Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer and Practice Manager for AI/ML at me&u. Prior to this, he spent five years as a Principal Solutions Architect with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as the APJ lead for the Machine Learning Technical Field Community.

Ben has deep experience helping companies build and deploy machine learning solutions at scale.
