Create your account and first project
DroidMap keeps your work in two levels. An organisation holds your team and billing, and each project inside it holds the imagery and results for one piece of work, such as a site or a client.
1. Create your account
- Go to the DroidMap sign-up page.
- Enter your email address, a username, your first and last name, and a password of at least 12 characters, then click Sign up.
- Enter the 6-digit confirmation code we email you, or follow the link in that email.
You need a verified email address before you can create an organisation.
2. Create an organisation
After you log in, the Set organisation page lists every organisation you belong to. If a colleague has already invited you, open their organisation and skip to the next step.
- Click New Organisation.
- Enter an Organisation Name and click Submit.
A new organisation starts on a free trial. See Plans, credits and storage for what that includes.
3. Create a project
- Open your organisation. It opens on the Projects tab.
- Click New Project.
- Enter a Project Name and create the project.
4. Invite your team (optional)
Open the organisation's Members tab to invite people by email. Use the Groups and Permissions tabs to control what they can do.
Next steps
You can now upload your imagery, or go straight to running a mapping job, which can upload your images as its first step.
