Plans, credits and storage
Billing belongs to the organisation, so everyone in it shares one plan. To see your plan, open the organisation and go to the Billing tab. It shows your current plan, your usage rates, your storage and your invoices.

The free trial
A new organisation starts on a free 30-day trial with a small allowance of credits. You don't need a card to start.
Each account gets one free trial. Any further organisation you create has to be upgraded before you can use it.
When a trial ends, you need to upgrade to keep working in that organisation. The app shows what applies to your organisation, including any deadline for upgrading before the organisation is deleted. Upgrade from the Billing tab any time before then to avoid an interruption.
What counts as usage

The Usage rates list on the Billing tab shows how each of these works on your plan. For example, a plan may include storage up to a limit rather than charging for it. Your invoices are the record of what you were actually charged.
Before you start a job
The Summary step of the task wizard estimates the job's compute cost when it can. If you upload new files as part of the task, the estimate comes from the imagery once it has been uploaded.
If your organisation doesn't have enough credits or budget for the job, the wizard tells you why and what to do next.
Storage
The Storage section of the Billing tab shows how much your organisation is using. You can also set your own lower storage ceiling there.
Deleting asset sets you no longer need frees up storage.
